Job Title: Security Guard / Security Supervisor

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard / Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be alert, disciplined, and capable of managing security operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate duties of security guards during shifts (for Supervisor role).
  • Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
  • Ensure CCTV systems and alarm systems are functioning properly.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
  • Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
  • Support in emergency evacuations and fire safety drills.
  • Coordinate with management for any security-related concerns or improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SSLC / HSC (preferred).
  • Previous experience in security operations (supervisory experience preferred for supervisor role).
  • Physically fit and alert at all times.
  • Good communication and observation skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and effectively.
