Pre-primary Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for holistic development.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Teach foundational concepts in language, numbers, colors, shapes, and motor skills through play-based learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians on student progress and development.
- Encourage social interaction, good manners, and emotional development.
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance and support when necessary.
- Organize events, celebrations, and learning programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Prior teaching experience in pre-primary or nursery classes preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of child psychology and child safety practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
