**KEY RESPOSIBILITES**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Plan and implement curriculum in accordance with national and school guidelines.
- Monitor teaching practices and support teachers in achieving academic objectives.
- Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and teaching methodologies meet quality standards.

**Staff Supervision & Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of primary school teachers and support staff.
- Organize professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Facilitate collaboration among teachers to share best practices.

**Student Management**:

- Track and support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
- Address behavioral issues and liaise with parents when necessary.
- Implement interventions and enrichment programs for students needing additional support.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for parents regarding academic matters.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Promote a strong home-school partnership.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain records of academic performance and teacher appraisals.
- Collaborate with school management on policies, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed); a Master’s in Education or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/coordinator role.
- Familiarity with current educational practices and curriculum frameworks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
