**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Prepare specimens for testing and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to protocols for infection control and laboratory safety.
- Participate in quality control and assurance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed and results obtained.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹30,316.00 - ₹34,475.00 per month
