We currently operate out of 3 company-owned stores (with another 4 in the pipeline) and our e-commerce website

**Job Summary**

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. The operator will work closely with team members to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while adhering to established protocols. Additionally, the Data Entry Operator will assist in generating reports and support quality control processes to enhance overall data management practices. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of data used across the organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Data Entry and Management
- Accurately input data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, electronic files) into databases or systems.
- Maintain data integrity by verifying the accuracy of information before entry.
- Update and maintain existing data records as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain reports on data entry activities and progress.
- Document processes and workflows for data entry tasks.
- Assist in the development of data entry guidelines and training materials.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with team members and other departments to gather data and clarify entry requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project deadlines and challenges.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and provide updates.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
