**Main Responsibilities**
- Help drive improvements to regional recruitment policies and processes
- Assist with the development of job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements for the wider region
- Drive the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Facilitate the offer process by preparing offer documentation and assisting with extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
- Support the on-boarding and new hire process
- Maintain the HR Documentation relevant to the hiring process
- Ensure the hiring process is followed in Workday - from position creation to offer hire
- Provide assistance to the wider regional HR Team with Recruitment project work

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 3-4 years of experience managing the recruitment life cycle for large organization or recruitment agencies desired
- Experience in working on WORKDAY system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the region
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
