**Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and develop visual solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and videographers, as needed to execute projects effectively.
- Maintain organized file management systems to ensure easy access to project assets and facilitate collaboration within the team.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and workflow efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Creative Director or other senior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in graphic design and video editing across various platforms and mediums.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Solid knowledge of video editing techniques, including but not limited to cutting, trimming transitions, and audio synchronization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design techniques.
- Experience working in an agency or creative studio environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
