Job Title: Graphic Designer

**Job Description**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas, inform, and captivate audiences. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, creative, and development, to produce designs that align with the organization's branding and objectives. Your creative expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects and products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and Create Visuals:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, advertisements, websites, social media graphics, product packaging, and more.
- Transform ideas and concepts into compelling visuals that effectively convey messages and brand identity.

2. Branding and Identity:

- Ensure consistent adherence to the organization's branding guidelines across all design projects.
- Assist in refining and evolving the visual identity of the brand, as needed.

3. Collaborate and Communicate:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.

4. Graphic Production:

- Prepare and optimize designs for various platforms and formats, ensuring they are print-ready or web-optimized as required.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all design deliverables.

5. Stay Updated:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software advancements to continuously improve design processes and outputs.

6. Time Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

7. Adaptability:

- Adapt designs to suit different target audiences, platforms, and project goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience creating assets for online platforms.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
