**Job Summary**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
- Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media (e.g., Reels, YouTube), marketing campaigns, and websites.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, retouching, and creating assets for both print and digital use.
- Create eye-catching graphics, presentations, and other visual assets using Canva, ensuring brand consistency.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video content, including adding transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and align visual content with brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs and video edits.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, layout composition, and typography.
- Excellent video editing skills, including a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, film, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills is most important.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
