**Role Overview**

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and project clients in the assigned area
- Visit architects, electrical consultants, contractors, and project sites regularly
- Pitch and demonstrate LED lighting products with technical know-how
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure conversion
- Meet monthly sales and collection targets
- Maintain regular MIS reports, market feedback, and customer records
- Coordinate with the back-office team for dispatch and after-sales support
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and schemes

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in LED lighting / electrical products / building material sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of target achievement and client handling
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Language proficiency: Local language + English/Hindi
