Looking for an admin level person for general management, daily MIS reporting and oversee production schedule for factory in **Hingna, MIDC location.**

- Microsoft Excel and Word

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Completing daily production data entries.
- Prepare payroll of employees, reimbursements.
- Verification of invoices, bills, cash vouchers etc.
- Preparing cash vouchers for daily expenses.
- Maintaining daily employee attendance sheet.
- Maintaining daily cash register and managing petty cash.
- Receive production schedule and relay to labour
- Ensure production target met
- Purchases from market

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- MS office (must)
- English communication skills
- **Own bike transport**

**Benefits**
- Time - 9 am to 6.00 pm

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month
