**Job Type**: Full-time

**Position Summary**: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Raw Material Department. The Worker Boys will assist in various tasks related to the handling, processing, and storage of raw materials to ensure a smooth production workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Handling**: Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing raw materials safely and efficiently.
- **Inventory Management**: Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking as required.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect raw materials for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate basic machinery and tools for material processing, following safety protocols.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep work areas clean and organized, and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- **Skills**: Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions.
- **Team Player**: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
