**Job description**

Purchase Executive Job description:

- Making POs against the Jobs Assigned **Knowledge of Electronic Market - Domestic & International**:

- Knowledge of Sourcing & its Processes
- Desired-Vendor Development
- Inter team coordination with the different department.
- Locate and analyze vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability **Negotiate purchases and contracts with vendors.**:

- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. **Product and assembly cost estimation for newly developed components.**:

- Sourcing of parts from various vendors.
- Achieving cost innovation on continuous basis through hard and e vendors to reduce the price of the product and increasing the profitability of the company. **Monitoring quarter wise spend analysis for all categories**
- **Making a MIS Reports related to Sourcing Works.**
- Knowledge on Vendor evaluation & Vendor ratings

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's/ Master’s in Electronics required
- 0-3 Years of Experience Required
- Should be from Electronics background
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Added Advantage if background knowledge of International Trade is there SKILLS **Purchase Management**:

- Negotiation
- Sourcing/ Procurement Management
- Strategic thinking
- Relationship Management
- Communication, written and verbal
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Need to be a decision maker
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of IATF along with ISO Desired
- Knowledge of Local Market
