**Job Summary**: The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and decisions.

**Content Creation**:

- Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.

**Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget.
- Track expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, ROI, and insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design software.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience in managing budgets and analyzing financial data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
