**About Us**:
We are a trendy and comfortable women’s western wear brand specializing in dresses, coord sets, and tops crafted from natural fabrics. We prioritize exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a dedicated **Customer Support Executive** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Expertise**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products to assist customers effectively and ensure satisfaction.
- **Order Assistance**: Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and related concerns by coordinating with the operations team.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle complaints or issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer loyalty.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback to help the brand improve its products and services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and operations teams to accommodate customization requests and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Good understanding of women’s western wear, fabric types, and sizing.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹10,517.47 - ₹15,000.00 per month
