**Position : Project Executive**

**Location - Vadodara**

**Experience - 3 to 5 Years**

**Qualification -** **BE Mechanical**

**Salary - Up to 5 LPA**

**Job description**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, development) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively communicate project updates, address client concerns, and manage client expectations.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve project delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing within the project team.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate project-related documentation (e.g., proposals, contracts, change orders).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
