Job Summary:
The Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory control, and supervising staff to achieve sales targets. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations & Sales
- Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by monitoring team performance and providing guidance.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to enhance customer experience.

2. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Train and mentor staff to improve customer interactions.

3. Staff Supervision & Training
- Oversee and motivate store employees to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule shifts and assign duties to staff members.
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, and store policies.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

4. Inventory & Merchandising
- Assist in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products.
- Ensure proper product placement and attractive visual merchandising.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.

5. Cash Management & Reporting
- Supervise cash handling and daily sales transactions.
- Ensure accurate cash register operations and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate sales and inventory reports for management review.
