**Role Overview**

As a Retail Sales Executive at Ueir Organic Store, you'll be the face of our brand — helping customers discover healthy food choices, guiding them with product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about organic products and healthy food options
- Actively drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and attractive displays
- Handle billing, POS operations, and manage returns/exchanges when necessary
- Collect customer feedback and build lasting relationships
- Stay updated on product arrivals, offers, and health benefits of items sold
- Support stock audits, inventory checks, and FIFO practices
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth daily store operation

**Key Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG or organic/grocery preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Passion for healthy living and natural/organic food products
- Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak seasons

**Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory)**
- Knowledge of millets, organic food, or nutrition
- Experience in handling in-store promotions or sampling events
- Local resident of Erode or nearby areas
