A Retail Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within a retail environment **(Laptop, PC, Servers, Printers)**. This position involves assisting customers throughout their shopping journey, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting overall store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Engagement**:Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.

**Sales Transactions**: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

**Store Maintenance**:Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is presented according to company standards.

**Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory counts, receive new shipments, and report stock discrepancies to management.

**Customer Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:Previous retail **(Laptop, PC, Servers, Printers)** or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
