An offshore interior design & procurement company specializing in hospitality design has an immediate opening for a drafting and modeling technician.

**Description**:

- Attention to detail and clear communication are a must.
- Understanding tasks and clarifying with designers when anything is not understood is essential for efficiency.
- After the tasks are completed, they are handled following protocol to ensure the deliverables are as requested.
- Understanding the project deadline and working with the team to accomplish them.
- Working extended hours may be required.
- Communication will primarily be in English with the team. Only two designers can speak Gujarati or Hindi

**Experiences**:
AutoCAD- 3-4 years of continuous experience in civil, architecture or commercial interior design

Sketchup
- Model custom furniture, lighting, design elements, etc. The material and texture the designer selects are applied after scaling them to a real-life scale.

3D Max
- Modeling on this program is preferred but not required.

Dropbox
- Cloud storage management per the company’s standards

Slack
- Communications with the team, screen share, and video calls

Whatsapp
- Daily group communication

In addition to the description and experiences stated, we require an individual to model work ethic and office etiquette and participate in maintaining a healthy and clean work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
