**About Us**:
Food Mohalla is a rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand, offering exciting franchise opportunities across India. We are seeking a motivated and energetic **Telecaller** to assist in expanding our franchise network and supporting communication with potential franchise partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Explain franchise opportunities, benefits, and investment details** to interested individuals, addressing queries and providing clear information.
- **Maintain a database** of potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and track the status of leads in the sales funnel.
- **Assist in scheduling meetings** between potential franchise partners and the franchise management team.
- **Collaborate with the marketing team** to understand ongoing campaigns and integrate them into conversations with prospects.
- **Maintain professionalism and product knowledge** to convey confidence and build trust with potential franchisees.
- **Provide feedback** from calls to the management team for further strategy development.
- **Work towards set targets** and contribute to the growth of Food Mohalla's franchise network.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of experience in telecalling, preferably in a sales or franchise development role.
- Strong **communication and persuasion skills** with the ability to engage potential franchisees.
- Basic understanding of **franchise business models** and investment concepts is preferred.
- Excellent **customer service skills** and a patient, problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** for tracking and managing leads is a plus.
- Ability to **work independently** and in collaboration with the team to achieve goals.
- Proficient in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English** (both written and spoken).
