**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Curation**
- Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others aligned with brand voice and strategy.
- Curate user-generated content and industry-relevant posts.

**Community Engagement**
- Foster and grow an online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Encourage discussions and interactions among followers.

**Brand Awareness and Growth**
- Assist in creating and executing social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Increase followers and engagement rates across all social media platforms.
- Implement strategies to boost brand visibility and awareness.

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Periodically monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and inform strategy.
- Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

**Campaign Management**
- Identify and engage with key influencers and industry-related accounts to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

**Trend Monitoring and Adaptation**
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to ensure our approach remains innovative and effective.
- Adapt strategies accordingly to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
