**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (plus potential incentives based on performance)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Sales Activities**: Conduct regular field visits to potential clients within the assigned territory to generate leads and close sales.
- **Product/Service Presentation**: Effectively present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, establishing long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- **Market Analysis**: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the sales manager.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various field activities and networking.

**Minimum Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Persuasive Skills**: Ability to effectively persuade and influence potential clients.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a field sales role is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.
- **Language skills**: fluency in the local language, and working knowledge of English or Hindi is preferred.

**Training Plan**:

- **Duration**: 15 Days
- **Structure**: Comprehensive training program consisting of classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training.
- **Training Content**: Product knowledge, sales techniques, client relationship management, and company policies.
- **Stipend**: ₹200 per day during the training period.

Pay: ₹9,169.08 - ₹26,043.90 per month
