- Learn, Understand and Practice US Staffing Best Practices

**Requirements**:

- **5**+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience in IT vertical
- Must be a graduate
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication is a must
- Good Interpersonal and Decision-Making skills
- Good understanding of Technology and Technical skills

**Working Mode**: Work from Office

**Timing**:US shift (6.00 pm to 3.00 am)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 5 years (preferred)
- US Recruitment: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
