If you have a proven track record in end-to-end US IT recruitment, especially handling W2 requirements , and are looking to work in a high-performance, team-driven environment—this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations. Source candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In, and social media. Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate fit for IT roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing. Utilize tools such as Job Diva , Ceipal , and Boolean search techniques. Solid understanding of US tax terms (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) and various visa classifications (USC, GC, EAD, L2, H4, OPT). Maintain accurate candidate data and proactively manage pipelines. Stay up to date on industry trends to refine sourcing strategies. Deliver consistent results and contribute to individual and team targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment. Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruiting databases. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. Company Website:
