We are actively seeking a strong **US IT Recruiter** with strong technical knowledge to join our successful team in **Chennai.**

Job Title**:US IT Recruiter**

Location**:Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Onsite at Ashok Nagar, Chennai)**

Duration**:Full Time**

Type of Recruitment**:Direct Recruitment**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire life cycle of the **US IT Recruitment** process for clients in the US.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different US IT Requirements.
- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
- Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 7 years experience required in US IT Staffing and Recruitment
- Must have experience in dealing VISA's and American IT Employees.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Sound knowledge of US IT concepts and the latest trends.
- ** Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment**:

- To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
