Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The recruiter will focus on technical and IT recruitment, ensuring the best fit for roles within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
  • Recruiting experience in the technology domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
