**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage retail packing lines for spices, pulses, and related food products.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene in all packing activities.
- Maintain batch traceability, proper labeling, and compliance with export packaging standards.
- Monitor packing staff and ensure adherence to food safety (FSSAI/HACCP) requirements.
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams to maintain product quality.
- Optimize packing operations for efficiency and mínimal wastage.
- Maintain records of daily packing output and inventory usage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail food packing, preferably spices and pulses.
- Experience in export-oriented packing operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, labeling, and export documentation standards.
- Ability to lead and train packing staff effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
