About the Role:

We are looking for a Food & Packing Supervisor to oversee our retail packing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in spices and pulses packing for both domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage retail packing lines for spices, pulses, and related food products.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene in all packing activities.

  • Maintain batch traceability, proper labeling, and compliance with export packaging standards.

  • Monitor packing staff and ensure adherence to food safety (FSSAI/HACCP) requirements.

  • Coordinate with production and quality control teams to maintain product quality.

  • Optimize packing operations for efficiency and minimal wastage.

  • Maintain records of daily packing output and inventory usage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail food packing, preferably spices and pulses.

  • Experience in export-oriented packing operations is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of food safety, labeling, and export documentation standards.

  • Ability to lead and train packing staff effectively.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
