**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage financial projections and budgets.

**2. Taxation**:

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including Income Tax and GST.
- Plan and execute tax strategies to optimize the organization’s tax burden.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in a timely manner.
- Provide expert guidance on tax laws and updates.

**3. Auditing**:

- Conduct internal and external audits as per company requirements.
- Assess internal controls and processes to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Present audit findings and recommend improvements to business operations.

**4. Cost Management**:

- Analyze cost structures and propose cost-saving measures.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

**5. Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as IFRS and GAAP.
- Stay updated on financial legislation changes and advise management accordingly.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

**6. Financial Strategy**:

- Develop strategies to manage company assets, investments, and financial resources.
- Provide data-driven financial insights to support senior management decisions.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with company finances.

**7. Treasury Management and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior finance staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory).

**Skills**:

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
