Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from existing and potential customers, and provide information about our offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Identify and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and sales pitches.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
