**Telecaller Executive**

**Salary: Competitive, Previous Salary + ₹1000 (Negotiable)**

Join a dynamic marketing company, specializing in creative, IT, and marketing communication solutions. As a **Telecaller**, you'll be responsible for engaging clients and driving business growth through effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our marketing solutions effectively.
- Engage prospects with persuasive communication to generate leads and nurture relationships.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and follow-up activities for efficient tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 2-5 years in telecalling.
- Minimum qualification of Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Exceptional communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
