- Promoting products and servicesTelecallers explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. They may also ask for orders over the phone.
- Building relationshipsTelecallers build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Documenting interactionsTelecallers maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document customer feedback.
- Following upTelecallers follow up with customers to provide new products or services.
- Adhering to guidelinesTelecallers adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while telecalling.
- Generating salesTelecallers generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients.
- Routing opportunitiesTelecallers route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
