**Job Description**:
1. Manage overall activities related to heat for EAF, LF, VD, VOD operation and lead the group in a shift with safe working operations.
2. Need to have good knowledge about clean steel making and have prior experience in reputed alloy steel plant.
3. Need to have sound experience in Alloy steel making. Experience in stainless steel making and Ingot casting will be an added advantage.
4. Need to demonstrate effective implementation of quality management system in the workplace.
5. Shall know effective monitoring mechanism for raw material and consumables inventory management.
6 Shall have a drive for cost reduction and continual improvement initiatives.
7. Shall be able to guide team members for root cause analysis in case of process/product deviations.
8. Shall have good analytical skill and shall take key lead in improvement initiatives.
9. Shall be well conversant with MS Office and ERP system.
