Job Description Summary: The Policy Governance Manager is responsible for working closely with Business Owners, BRCLs, Product, and BI to effectively coordinate testing responses by understanding the specific requirements set forth for audits/tests. The Policy Governance Manager manages and executes the entire audit/test lifecycle by meeting with stakeholders to understand the scope of the audit/test, coordinating the response team, gathering appropriate materials, providing a timely response, reviewing and interpreting findings, and developing after-action requirements. This role is also responsible for overseeing RCIP releases to determine applicability for GCSC, coordinating with necessary strategy stakeholders when a risk is identified, and developing a proper control infrastructure for net-new or updated product releases.

- Work with appropriate functional team(s) to identify requirements and follow up with business units to provide clarification.
- Create/Manage action plans: gather updates, assign tasks, and identify risks impacting audits, tests, and product releases. Collaborate with GCSC partners (Operations, Operational Excellence), Technology, Compliance, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Provide periodic updates on project status and escalate potential issues to senior management and assist in issue resolution.
- Ensure meetings and critical decision points are clearly documented and communicated.
- Establish strong partnerships with line of business representatives and technology that will enable the team to meet business objectives.

**Your day to day**
- Facilitate test responses by fully understanding requirements, identifying key stakeholders, and aggregating documentation.
- Work collaboratively with business management and other teams to understand business requirements and align stakeholder expectations across the three lines of defense.
- Understand impact of product releases to the Control Environment and Controls.
- Accurately track and report on active tests.
- Interpret Regulatory/IA/SLOD findings, serve as credible challenge, and execute on findings.
- Attend RCIP product review meetings, assess potential risks, and work with internal partners to identify and/or develop control infrastructure.
