Location: Jaipur

**Job Type**: Full Time (Hybrid)

Experience: 1 year (preferred)

Brand Balance is seeking a skilled and experienced Videographer/Photographer who can make cool Instagram reels, specializing in capturing high-quality video and photo content for corporate and government events from mobile/iPhone. This role requires experience working in formal settings and understanding the specific needs of corporate and government clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Event Coverage: Film and photograph corporate & government events, capturing key moments, speakers, attendees, and atmosphere, while ensuring proper audio for video. Adhere to event schedules and maintain professionalism.

2. Technical Execution: Operate and maintain professional video/photo equipment, efficiently setting up at event locations. Ensure high-quality capture with appropriate lighting, sound, and composition, troubleshooting on-site issues.

3. Post-Production (if required): Edit video/photo content using professional software, delivering finished products promptly in specified formats.

4. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining a professional demeanor.

5. Logistics & Organization: Manage event schedules, logistics, and equipment inventory. Travel as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in videography/photography, especially for corporate/government events.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event documentation skills.
- Expertise in operating professional video/photo equipment.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
