**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Videographer to join our team at Swadeshi Farms, located in Jaipur. This is a part-time position ideal for someone passionate about video production and storytelling. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality videos that reflect our brand's mission and values, and contribute to our marketing and outreach efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficient in video production (Mandatory skill)
- Skilled in camera operation with a thorough understanding of different camera types and settings
- Knowledgeable in various lighting techniques to enhance video quality
- Experience in audio recording to ensure clear and professional sound
- Expertise in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Ability to create and interpret storyboards to plan video shoots effectively
- Competent in color correction to maintain visual consistency and appeal in videos
- Strong creative vision to bring video concepts to life and align them with the brand's image and goals

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that aligns with Swadeshi Farms' brand and mission
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices
- Implement lighting techniques to ensure optimal visual quality during shoots
- Perform audio recording and ensure clear, professional sound quality in videos
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard editing software
- Ensure all video content is delivered within project timelines and meets quality standards
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve video production quality
