Business 10X is a leading growth consulting company based in Jaipur, dedicated to providing innovative digital solutions to businesses across diverse industries. As part of our creative team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Photographer and Videographer to capture high-quality images and videos for brand shoots, product shoots, and podcast recordings.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Shoots**: Plan and execute professional brand photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and creative vision. Capture compelling visuals that effectively communicate the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
- **Product Shoots**: Conduct product photography and videography sessions to showcase products in the best possible light. Utilize lighting, composition, and visual storytelling techniques to highlight product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- **Podcast Recording**: Manage podcast recording sessions, including setup, equipment operation, and audiovisual production. Capture engaging video content for podcast episodes, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage to enhance audience engagement and interaction.
- **Creative Direction**: Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure that photography and videography projects meet quality standards and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for each project.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices. Ensure equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and maintained for optimal performance during shoots.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in brand shoots, product shoots, and podcast recording.
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
- Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording devices.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for post-production editing and retouching.
- Creative vision and artistic flair with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling imagery and videos.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
