**Job Description: Purchase Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchase Order Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Prepare, track, and manage purchase orders for production and inventory needs.
- Ensure all purchase orders align with company requirements and budget constraints.

**Payment Follow-ups & Vendor Management**:

- Follow up rigorously on payments, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, ensuring clear and firm communication on payment schedules and any issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving any discrepancies or delays in a firm, professional manner.

**Administrative Support & Coordination**:

- Handle general administrative tasks related to purchasing and procurement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, payments, and vendor communications.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties related to procurement operations

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Be assertive and confident when communicating with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring all points are clearly understood.
- Handle communications regarding overdue payments, purchase orders, and any other procurement issues firmly and effectively on behalf of the company.

**Excel & Reporting**:

- Use Excel to manage and track data related to purchase orders, payments, inventory levels, and vendor performance.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities, payment status, and material inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in purchase coordination, procurement, or an administrative role.
- Strong follow-up skills with a firm, assertive approach to communication.
- Proficient in Excel and basic data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
