Roles & Responsibilties:

- Computer knowledge in MS-office & ERP.
- Office supporting work and balance stock reporting.
- Co ordinating total local & import purchase.
- Make techno-commercial comparison as per received quotations with consideration of payment term, delivery time & technical parameters.
- To manage expense by using cost reduction strategies.
- Follow up of incoming material up to plant stores.
- Maintaining minimum stock level for stock items periodically as per preplanned activity to control inventory cost to ensure to smooth & continues production.
- Preparing daily work sheet to track status of every purchase order & send updates sheet at every weekend to senior for better co ordination during work.
- Vendor development for monopoly items.
- Vendor registration for new vendor.
- Preparation of MIS on monthly basis & also prepare document for audit activity.
- Assigning service call to engineers and updating in ERP Software like grow smart on the same.
- Log the service call in system and attached all document.
- Arrange the expense to the field engineer and also take follow up from them.
- Making purchased order of the material and take the follow up from the vendors.
- Arrange transport for material to drop the material at site.
- Making work order of the installation.
- Making invoice of operation and service.
- Take follow up from the vendors for payment regarding to AMC.
- Making DC and arrange Eway bill of document.
- Punched the contract in system.
- Developing new ideas for training sessions and activity for our staff and ensuring they are utilizing them to the best of their ability.
- Punching GRN & DN of invoice in system.
