**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote academy courses in aviation, hospitality, travel & tourism, and digital marketing.
- Conduct seminars and presentations in schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable career courses.
- Address student and parent queries regarding courses, fees, and career outcomes.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and events.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve individual and sales targets set by management.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Represent the academy at education fairs and promotional events.
- Plan and execute career counselling sessions and seminars.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales progress.
- Prepare and submit reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance.
