Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, assets, employees, and visitors. This role includes supervising daily security operations, conducting inspections, enforcing policies, and coordinating emergency responses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff on site.
- Schedule and assign duties to security personnel and ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, and ensure proper reporting.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel performance.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records, logs, and incident reports.
- Support risk assessments and suggest improvements to security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications (e.g., security management, CPR, first aid) preferred.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Proficiency with security equipment and technology.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
