**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, train, and coordinate security guards and staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and assign responsibilities to security personnel.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, patrol areas, and respond to incidents.
- Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular security inspections of premises, equipment, and access points.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain security records.
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure a safe workplace environment.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding security operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass/Graduate - customize as per your need].
- Prior experience in security (armed/unarmed) preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
