The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of property staff and visitors This role includes supervising guards enforcing policies managing incidents and liaising with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel Assign duties patrols and shifts ensure adequate coverage at all times Conduct routine inspections of all security posts to ensure proper performance and presence of security staff Respond to and investigate incidents alarms and emergencies provide detailed reports Monitor surveillance systems and access control points Ensure all security operations are in accordance with company policies and legal requirements Train mentor and evaluate the performance of security staff Maintain accurate logs reports and documentation of all incidents and activities Act as liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary Implement and enforce safety and emergency procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent associate s or bachelor s degree in criminal justice or related field preferred Proven experience 2 years in a security role with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity Valid security license or guard card if required by local jurisdiction Strong leadership communication and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of security systems protocols and emergency procedures Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure Physical fitness and ability to stand walk or patrol for long period Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Night shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
