**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Course Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and thorough lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for JEE and NEET preparation.
- Create and implement a structured curriculum that aligns with the exam syllabus and meets students' needs.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to facilitate learning and address different learning styles.
- **Student Assessment and Support**:

- Design and administer practice tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student understanding and progress.
- Provide detailed feedback and personalized guidance to help students improve their performance.
- Offer additional support and mentoring to students as needed to address individual learning challenges.
- **Curriculum and Material Development**:

- Develop and update study materials, including worksheets, practice problems, and mock tests.
- Ensure that all instructional materials are up-to-date and relevant to the current exam pattern and syllabus.
- **Classroom and Test Preparation**:

- Conduct regular classes, workshops, and revision sessions to prepare students for the JEE and NEET exams.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused and productive learning environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest developments in JEE and NEET exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall academic environment and success of the institution.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and performance.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to help parents support their children's preparation for JEE and NEET.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching JEE/NEET preparation courses.
- In-depth knowledge of JEE and NEET exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
