Industrial Heater Assembler

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly of Heater Components**: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or work instructions to assemble heater components such as heating elements, insulating materials, housings, and control systems.
- **Wiring and Electrical Connections**: Wire heating elements, thermostats, temperature sensors, and other electrical components according to wiring diagrams and safety standards.
- **Mounting and Installation**: Install assembled heaters into equipment, machinery, or industrial systems, ensuring proper positioning, alignment, and attachment for efficient heat transfer and operation.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conduct functional tests and performance checks on assembled heaters to verify proper operation, temperature control, and safety features. Identify and troubleshoot any defects or issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and quality inspections. Complete production reports or documentation as required for quality control and traceability purposes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure that assembled heaters meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize heater designs, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Mechanical Skills**: Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly, disassembly, and installation of mechanical components. Ability to work with various materials such as metals, ceramics, and insulating materials.
- **Electrical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring techniques. Familiarity with electrical components commonly used in heaters, such as heating elements, thermostats, and temperature sensors.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to assemble heaters accurately and according to design requirements.
- **Quality Focus**: Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Ability to perform quality inspections and ensure that assembled heaters meet performance and safety standards.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues or malfunctions during assembly or testing processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, follow instructions, and provide feedback on assembly processes and product improvements.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy components or equipment as needed. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or a related field preferred.
- Vocational training or certification in industrial technology, electrical engineering technology, or a related discipline is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
The work environment may involve exposure to industrial machinery, electrical hazards, and physical exertion. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
