**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform any disassembly, assembly and testing work for equipment and tools.
- Collect information (photos of equipment during disassembly, assembly & testing) for preparation of inspection reports and final assembly reports etc.
- Perform visual inspection and able to take measurement using process instrument for parts, component, and record in assembly process documents.
- Maintain and organize the workplace.
- Ensure all products are assembled using the correct parts/ components per “bill of material”.
- Check parts received from warehouse and provide feedback to workshop foreman if discrepancy found.
- Perform any rigging, lifting and forklift operation.
- Work with competency assessor and complete competency assignment.
- Ensure equipment / tools / work area are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
- Fill up equipment/component traceability record, all applicable d9 documents and up for the job assigned and submit to workshop engineer for review.
- Provide update in job tracker.
- Prepare inspection or final assembly report with repair engineer when assigned by supervisor.
- Stop any unsafe activity that may result in potential work injuries.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum 5 years of work experience in similar position.
- Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
