**Job Description: Assembly Technician**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mechanical Assembly**:

- Assemble components such as ball screws, LM guides, and gearboxes accurately.
- Ensure precision fitment of mechanical parts as per the provided blueprints and technical drawings.
- **Hydraulics and Pneumatics**:

- Test hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
- **System Installation**:

- Perform mounting and alignment of gearboxes and other mechanical components.
- Ensure proper installation of bearings and related assemblies.
- **Maintenance and Testing**:

- Conduct functional tests on assembled systems to verify proper operation.
- Perform routine checks to identify potential issues and recommend corrective measures.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and inspections.
- Report any discrepancies or issues during assembly to the supervisor.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure assembly standards are met.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, particularly with ball screws, LM guides, and gearboxes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using assembly tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in industrial or precision machinery assembly.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in assembly processes.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹8,985.04 - ₹21,522.82 per month
