Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Drone Electronics Assembly Engineer (Drone Technician) based in Pune. The Drone Technician will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components of drones, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) for creating and refining drone parts, and working on automation processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality inspections, testing drone systems, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring all components meet the highest standards of quality

and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and integrate
    drone flight controllers, GPS, ESCs, motors, and wiring harnesses.
  • Perform
    soldering, crimping, and wiring
    with precision and consistency.
  • Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic subsystems.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and testing teams for full drone integration.
  • Maintain component inventory, tools, and wiring documentation.
  • Follow
    quality assurance and safety standards
    throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or ITI in
    Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in
    drone, RC, or UAV electronics assembly
    preferred.
  • Soldering skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to read circuit diagrams and perform electrical testing.
  • High attention to detail, steady hands, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and passion for drones and applied technology.
