Searching and Submitting Tender on GEM Portal and online and physical
- Following up on tender submitted or to be submitted with Internal and External Teams.
- Discussing the tender with Management and submitting it well before deadline.
- OEM Registration on GEM portal
- Product registration on GEM portal
- Searching new products for an organisation which can be registered on GEM
- Training new joiners on GEM
- Meeting client/s or potential client/s PAN India for understanding their need/requirement and getting the order from them on GEM throughout
- Follow up on EMD/BG refund and payments.
- Understanding all the products thoroughly
- Performing as GEM Hub
- Preparing Daily/Weekly/monthly MIS dashboard after meeting with them in prefixed slots
- Reporting to GM & Directors in prefixed slots daily
- Assisting the team with required support.
- Collating data from the entire team.
- Analysing data and preparing MIS accordingly.
- Leading team of executives, ensuring daily given required work is completed by the team.
- Attending pre-bid meetings
- Prepare quotation/proposals
- Replying to queries from Vendors/Customers/Clients.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for submission.
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.
- Filtering tenders from all the Tenders for participation in consultation with GM and Directors
- Coordinate with govt. officials and dealers regarding tender updates.
- Prepare an authorization letter for dealers to participate in the tender.
- Handling and on-time submission of Online / Offline Tenders of various Govt./Semi Govt. institutes like Défense, Railways, Govt. Hospitals, State Govt, Etc
- Any other tasks and activities are given by management.
- Ad hoc activities as and when it arises.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
